Here are some collage works that I made a few months back.  I really had fun doing this exercise.  I was playing with story telling in these images.  Hope you like them. :)

Catch Up

Things have been busy for us these last weeks.  Like everyone else, holidays tends to cram up your style and between all the engagements, you lose all sense of a regular life.  So, to sum up what I've been up to... London for a week during Thanksgiving (soooo awesome!!!), moved to a loft in downtown LA (so in love), traveled to Cleveland New Years for Micah & Jessi's wedding (the hotel bed was sooooo dreamy), and finished working on my singing group's promotional package... pant, pant, pant.  So now, here are a couple of the few sketches I managed to make during all that.  :)  Oh, and I just attempted a Bob Ross painting one day with a friend... hahahahah good times.

There's a chica on deviantart that I like "watching".  Check her out - loish.net  I really like her use of pantone markers here... why does it look so effortless?  Practice, practice, practice...

BIRDS Week 11/6

Sometimes you just need a goal or a project to keep you going on what you love to do but never find the time for... So, one day, I came upon an artbook about sketchbooks at the book store.  Neat huh?  Anyway, I decided that each page of instruction or topic it covered would be a great sketchbook assignment for me to tackle every week.  This week, it's BIRDS.  :)  So here's what I got so far...
